Thank you for shopping at Anime Witch. We want you to love what you order! If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

💌 How to Request a Return

To start a return, email support@animewitch.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A short note about what went wrong

We’ll respond with return instructions and the return address.

📦 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Your request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Sale items, digital downloads, or gift cards are non-refundable.

If the item arrived defective or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm.
If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that bank processing times may vary.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after your refund is processed.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

🕊️ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank or card account again.
If it’s still missing, contact your payment provider, then email support@animewitch.com and we’ll help confirm the status.
