📦 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Your request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Sale items, digital downloads, or gift cards are non-refundable.
If the item arrived defective or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm.
If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that bank processing times may vary.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
