Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to:

Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material on our site that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly and notify the affected party.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to support@animewitch.com with the required information under DMCA Section 512(g).
AnimeWitch reserves the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
